Firstly, this is a thread about whether or not the Schedule 1 substance known as Marijuana is lawful or unlawful in Islam, not about what you just drank. Secondly, all your base are belong to us.
Thirdly, the effects of caffeine are not alleged to cause an alteration of the sensory or mental state that is beyond the normal threshold. I have never heard or even -heard of- any scholar of Islam claim that it is unlawful, be it a true Muslim scholar or a scholar in the academic sense. The aspect of caffeine that is questionable, in my opinion, with regards to legality in Islam is its markedly negative effects on the cardiovascular system. But that's just IMO. Fourthly, it's over nine tousand!!!
BTW, am not gonna debate about this anymore. So don't expect a rebuttal if u come up with some "witty" response. Kay?
