Nice but i agree you can't do anything against the lag when it's opened :/
I thought it's because of my IfgetCursorPossition but it's not cuz people with key menus have the same problems, and only on CA :/

Lemme test it... I have a Quad Core HP AMD Phenom computer with Nvidia 9100 integrated graphics. It will work. I have Windows 7 Vista x64 Bit!
