Alright, so now that I have learned a bit more in photoshop, I would like to know how to use stocks, and what they are used for. thank you to those in advance who help

well, i have stocks, but stocks of people in general, just doing nothing mostly, poses.... idk what to do with them

Use them as backgrounds or use those people in the sig what the he'll do you think on doing with them what do you want them to be doing?

idk, there's a lot of good stock sigs, i just dont know how people do it its so hard to cut people ouuta stocks

You don't cut them out. That would be rendering the image and then just making a render sig.
