    go find out what ur ip is (What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address), restart ur router, either the same ip, then u got a static one, or a different, then u got a dynamic one.

    Press start, and type CMD
    Then type ipconfig/all
    Find the line with DHCP
    If it says yes, you have a dynamic one.

    Not necessarily, I had a static IP with DHCP with my previous ISP.
