Open Config.Lua file and see if you can correct the settings. If not, send me the config file, I'll do it for ya ! The problem is in Config.Lua file !

Depends on which framework application is built. [.NET 1.0 To .Net 4.0] At least .NET 2.0 is required !
You can check the installed version in control panel > Add / Remove Programs.

Also, did you opened the config file in notepad ?
