Any government can "artificially" inflate and deflate their currency, that's the point in having your own currency.

I think the words you were looking for is the exchange rate, which they artificially peg to the dollar. IDK about those "trillions," I'm thinking a trillion at most, but for the most part I agree with you (on that post, haven't read the entire thread).

Well, if the atomic bombs were not going to be dropped, the war would've lost A LOT longer, consequently savaing American lives. I guess Harry S. Truman decided to take Japanese lives as opposed to American ones.

honestly i think they were justified, war is war. now i dont beielve they should have detonated it where there were many civilians, but thats is japans fault for building military bases near civilians....Also with the land invasion with japan there would have been many more casualties....

I believe that it was justified. I believe that there were probably many other ways that could have dealt with the problem a little less violent, however they did kill many americans.
