Matchmaking issue in Nazi Zombies

I would like to host a game in Nazi Zombies cuz of two main reasons:
1. to avoid lobbies with infinite ammo
2. to have enough time to send an invite to my friend before the lobby is full

But I have, Unfortunately, got tired of joining and leaving lobbies in hope that the game will let me host my own lobby! So, my question to you is: Is there any other way to host a lobby in zombies other than the one i just mentioned? like a config-bind that let me Not find players that i can toggle on/off or an external program.

yeah just go play in a lobby and invite people that you don't know in your friend list
and than make private match again and invite those
