we noticed that many ppls get this .... only way to unban is to pay them money that you own them =.=
so i just logged on crossfire for like the first time in awhile and i find that i am banned... on my best character too... i have had this account for like 2 years, and spent a lot of time on it and now that time was for nothing... so at first i got banned from gambit, and now crossfire banned me saying i own money to gambit. so when i log on to crossfires website it shows this:
"Your account is closed due to temporary hold (chargeback) for the following payments. Please contact the service you used to buy the points (local phone number and email can be found on their sites) to find out the specific nature of the temporary hold (chargeback)."
and the funny thing is i have never bought anything from gambit before, and i have never gotten anything from gambit sur.veys either because they never worked... if i remember right gambit had videos and that was the only zp i had gotten from gambit, i dont ever remember trying to buy zp from gambit with a fake phone number or credit card. and now i go on another account i have and gambit isnt even on crossfire anymore.. so like what the fk? they give me a Gambit Chargeback by TransID but i dont know were to use it.
and before i was banned from gambit sur.veys i had not be given any zp other than very little from the videos.
so ya this sucks i can still talk to crossfire support but im not really sure on what to say, i mean i could have done something like this in the past but as much as i can remember i dont believe i did something like this. so what can i do to clear this charge and get my account back?

Chargebacks are permanent until the amount is paid in full and confirmed by Z8games/the company requesting their money.
