derp game files go in Iw_69.iwd (derp) you copy that file WITHOUT THE MOD IN IT...make a backup of it.. to the desktop then place your file with the desktop backup we made and replace the whatever file...then change the name of that file which we had placed on the desktop to iw_69_bangbanghorny.iwd but still have the original un-modded iw_69.iwd with it..then run the game.

You need to learn to read graffiti then.

And frankly, I've said it before, I'm tired of seeing gold. Working on a camo pack now, and I dont even plan on making something close to gold.

So this is what I did:
1. Made a backup of iw_01 to the desktop.
2. Replaced my modded file into the backup.
3. Named the new iw_01 to iw_01_hax.iwd.
4. Moved it into the main folder again.

What did I do wrong?

nothing do you still have the original file their too?.. the iw_01 untouched?

Your untouched original IW files need to be in a different location, if they are still located in the Main folder it will only read them. Make a folder named "Original/Untouched/whatever" and put them in there then make a copy of them and add like "localized_moded_"(used as a example) or whatever you want before the IW name.
