I did not find any trustable appearing sites for that.
Some seems to sell forum membership that you need for downloading some probably outdated hacks and others that explicitly says they're regularly updating had last posts from 2009 or PayPal seems to not work, just outdated and unattended Homepages.

I won't ask which trustable sites there are besides mpgh beause as you made already clear that would be advertising and it's not allowed here.

Dont pay any crap money for hacks! Make your own hack !! Buy C++ books like I !! Im learning it now 2 years(C++) I can hack CA/CF/PB. And if I like your game, Il create a hack for you!

There are some free c++ books in Combat Arms Europe Hacks section...(i looked under codin section and there was so far i remember)
