LTB to LTA issues

I am having this issue when i try to convert ltb file..

Looking at the error, it seems to say that it can't find the file. Try moving it to a different place and retry the convert.

It happens to me , i think u got a alt code on the folder like (•) or something like that , so the converter cannot find the file. try what Kataang telll u to do it.
