can anyone make or do for me....
totaly increse the sound of ghost breath and ghost drop sound
as loud as an average person listning to music
or like u can hear ghost breath around 10-20 meteres away
or whatever

You can't do this unless you can hack a rez file, there aren't many people left that can do it good and do it for just one person/free. Just give up, you most likely aren't going to be able to.

I THINK I HAVE A PLAN
u can get a program edit the blah blah blah of the .wav file and increse the volume
produce it as a new .wav file
rename it to the old ghost breath wav sound
i could do it mayby
but at the same time i cant do it
i saw a thread that had this but i just skipped ahead of it
now when i try to find it its not there
