It's not Alter only, since it's a texture it will work on normal MW2 as well.

And yes, texture changes are not bannable.

I posted this on the alter forums and shit has blown up there. To the point where there is serious consideration to add these in to the next update. o_O I may have to put some of my other stuff on hold for this, as I never predicted it would become this popular.
