Or is it really easy to get head shots with the starting pistol. When I first started, I forgot to equip a primary gun, and I got 5 head shots my first game with it. And it hardly has any spread either. So, is it just me, or is it actually pretty easy to get headshots? :P

Its pretty easy. When I'm quickscoping, sometimes I'll set my quickswap to pistol rather than knife so that I can quickscope, and if I miss, do a Y-Y trigger pull with the pistol and pray for a hit. I get lucky as hell sometimes. Got a couple shots like that for Fuko and I's montage coming soonish.

Not really...I used it for a bit just as scruffy said, but I switched to the MK -23.
It's a pretty beast pistol, more DMG then the default, a hell of a lot faster ROF, and you can add a silencer on it.

Just make sure you get through the helmet protection.
Or, shoot them in the face, there is no helmet on the face, just a mask.
