How to get a hacked account back

In this thread I want to show you how to get your account back if it has been phished or stolen.
The first thing you have to do is to get proof that it is your account.
You can get proof with writing your Log-In ID into the e-mail.
And you have to know your character name. If it has been changed, write the last character name.
A few Transaction IDs, when u buy ZP can be useful too.
Then you have to tell z8games your security question and its answer.
If you have some screenshots of your account, attached it too.
Then you have to tell them your IP Address and the creation date of your account too.
These information have to be put into a support ticket.
If this didn´t helped you I can´t do anything for you...

i don't know somebody to have stolen account.
I don't know how somebody is going to hack your account, but (allways that "but") if he use keylogger in some kind of hack... ok maybe this thread is good but i am not silly.i dont tell my passwords to ather people Press thanks
