Engineer: g36c_d (alt: smoke nade)
Sniper: ai_aw aka awm (alt: smoke nade)
Assault: famas / m60 (alt: smoke nade)
Heavy: m134 / m249 (alt: smoke nade)

2 ) How much does famas retail package cost/Value?(as in 2011)
Not sold any more, when it was it was ~$30 or something for the whole pack (box set) or a bit less for just the retail card. If you're referring to the Clan Warfare package, it is not a retail set, you just get a retail with it And I believe it was around 100€ or something (the CW pack).

3) How do you get promocodes ?
Events, competitions, G1 counter, fan sites (yes, at least one of my older fan sites got a certain amount of promo codes weekly for competitions and such).
