Hello guys
2day am going to show u how to mod or edit anything in cf rez files
1st:get paint.net or ps cs5 (i prefer paint.net bec its easy for begginers)
2nd: open with it the rez file u want i will open the class folder (ranks)

steps to open

rogram files>z8games>crossfire>rez>ui>class
ill open any rank like in pic.(choosed mastersergeant)

you can edit it and colour it as u like i coloured it like this in photo

this how to mod in ranks,now will show you how to mod in the shape of channel i know its easy for pros but useful for begginers
go to >programfiles>z8games>crossfire>rez>ui>ui_channel> channelbg.tga
now u can colour it or write anything you want on it like this
(i wrote just pown it and changed colours )

now we are DONE ,,
now will show you how to change in the shape of maps in lobby
i choosed my lovely country EGYPT and this after i made effects on it

now we had finished

Not to be a douchebag or anything but this is the shittiest tutorial thread ever.

First off bad English.Use a translator if English is not your first language.
Secondly,the thread teaches nothing but the location of UI Files.
And finally,you just inverted all the colors.

Barely any effort was put forth in making this thread.
I'm just telling you what I honestly feel about this tut.

lol ill tried this and it says error the file is locked dum ass lol fail tut !!!

i new how to do this but my mod got patched and i just tried and they locked them !
