As many of you know, i was an active member at the debate section.

Yes i am a Muslim.

But whats your opinion about the Islam? I've heard it's bad, it's outdated shit, evil and a wast here at mpgh.net

I bet most of you do not know what the Islam really is, except of the bad image you all have because of the actions that have been taken by a few nowadays Muslims. Explain why you find the Islam so awfull in a comprehensive way.

I have read alot about Islam and everything what i've heard here at mpgh.net is the opposit of what i have read.

So just tell me really.

Easily misinterpreted. That's my opinion. And yeah, it could do with some updates, if nothing else (let's say you want to preserve the Qur'an as it is) it could get a few guidelines or something on how it can be interpreted and understood in the modern world

Imo religion in general is "outdated"
It was something we needed while in the "infancy" stage of civilization.
We are no longer in this stage, (at least the majority isn't).
There is no need to keep us in line like good little sheep anymore.
If God exists, then we have absolutely no clue what he expects from us,
nor do we know anything about this enigma.
Islamic fundamentalists will only cause problems if they aren't given their own land to practice. They live in the past, and anything outside the realms of their own ideology is pretty much looked down on.
That's really my beef with Islam.
I think they should have their own land and all that,
but the way they procreate their going to want the whole globe as theirs.

Islam is one of those religions i will never understand.

It has more laws, its creation is the same from the mormons, and its selling point people promote is "peace", which is great and all, but ghandi was more peaceful than any Muslim i've ever heard of.

Islam restricts freedoms for no absolute reason.

islam is a religion u are made muslim when u are born, and its frowned upon if u change ur religion. its not really an option im christian and i know that everyone is the same, no matter what religion although some religions dislike eachother (i get the feeling islam and jews but the truth is we are all the same everyone has an oppinion so in a way we are all wrong or even all right!!
but the bad image is the terrorists! i dont see how they can be muslim (commandment- do not kill) and think they are going to "paradise" if they break the laws of islam, theyr so stupid :/ but all religions has flaws..
eg. christianity
the priest people make it look bad by raping children or something, idk the story behind it

jewish- its not jews themself its israel that make jews look bad bye bieng accused for attacking arab/muslim countries but in fact the israel had rights to attack, or wat ever
