Updated list of useful/useless Commands

Could the be a command that let you dump files to your pc, and could there be a command for ip block ? ;o

The IP block would be server sided m'dear. The command is banip if you want to fiddle around with it, but all you'll do is press a button and get no result. Plus that seems that might send a red flag if there's someone peeking at the logs for some godforsaken reason.

Whats "Changelevel #" do?

Changelevel 1 moves you forward to the next zone within a dungeon, however the number is irrelevant. You could use changelevel 200259185 and you'd move forward one zone.

However you cannot over-shoot and go past the boss/final room. If you reach the last room and use changelevel, you'll remain in the room.

Also keep in mind that you need to enter in a different command between them, doing the same thing twice doesn't work. I advise using changelevel 1, then changelevel 11 back and forth to proceed through particularly lengthy maps.

None of them, unless you use another method, sv_cheats 1 already triggers a response.

Nope. Those aren't regulated by any commands.

You can always do startgame to get into the map with no problem, but monsters don't drop anything, neither does completing the mission. There has to be a check somewhere, but it'll be tough to find/impossible with commands.

Especially since crimsons have dipped down to their normal 30-33k zone, that's how I fund my runs. It makes leveling difficult since you wont profit that much before level 50, but as soon as you're 50 just spam blood lord hero. The blood lord blood, elixirs, and basic end-of-dungeon gold usually more than covers the crimson cost.
