XM8 vs Scar light?

ok im really having a trouble time deciding which gun i should get. Xm8 or scar light? both seem to be excellent guns. but which one is better? some people say scar light is good but people will make up excuses saying that it is a "noob" gun. i dont get that. and for xm8 people say"its not as good as car l but it requires skill".
idk. tell me your opinouns and reasons on which gun is better and why?
(im not talking about XM8 advanced, just the regular XM8)

When you buy scar light, you get laughed out very loud. It's known as the most noob weapon ever. I would buy XM8 if I were you! XM8 has 100% DMG through boxes, got a nice spray, and got a scope. If u train with XM8 it's alot better than scar light. And u don't get called noob everymatch

i honestly dont see how the scar light is noob. it sucks in my eyes. but i dont prefer either.

The XM8 is broken in only one area: the ability to hit through boxes at 100% damage. Everything else about it is balanced (except that it should be slightly heavier).

I would buy the Xm8. The Scrub Light gets boring after about a week.

also, how come everyone hatin on the scar light?
i picked it off the gorund a couple times and it shoots like a beast. you can spray and it will still be accurate. xm8 dosent seems as accurate as it.
