1. Extract (Blackout Project MPGH Public hack) to the desktop
2. Copy Paste File D3DX9_43.dll to System C: \ WINDOWS \ system32
3. Open / Run the injector PBlackout preparing for Injeck pb.dll in flash (USB)
4. Open PBlauncher then check then start click start and wait Until the work PBlauncher injector (injector will from vibrate), then select "select DLL file" then click "inject now" (going-out Notices if successful) and then click "resume" (immediately to pull the flash disk (USB) before screen loading appear and close the browser window That will of come out indicating completion) and then Wait Until the loading screen and get ready to login to PBlackout

Erm.. I'd love to approve this.. However, there are currently so many injectors out, and this one is incredibly glitchy.
It runs fine, it seems somewhat safe, even though I've never seen Swizzors in injectors. But, there is no tray icon, it does not show up on the task bar, and every time you minimize something it lowers its opacity...
Try fixing a few of these things and I'll approve the next release maybe.
