NEED BASIC HELP

I am just getting into modern warfare 2 hacking and I was wondering if i could get a quick general overview of what to do to put the hacks in. I used to hack on Crossfire so i know about injecting and all that, but is there a specific injector i should be using for mw2? And all this "Steam" stuff is confusing...whats a good step by step for injecting a hack? I just downloaded Scythe's Mw2 Unlocker and i don't know what to do with the DLL...thats a good place to start...
