Error With warrock

Ok everytime I start warrock, I log in with my username and password. Then I pick a server, world ( I don't know what it's called). And then I pick one of the three choices map things( Urban Ops, Battle group, etc, ) And then I wait for like 2 minutes and this message comes up.

Does that mean my account is logged on in another computer?
Because I made the account like half an hour ago.
I tried reinstalling warrock but it still didn't work.
And I tried logging on with another account but it didn't work.

Someone plz help me...

Ask warrock, at there forums, as we hack there game. They manage it.
