my acc got banned and i don't even use hacks?!?

why did my acc got banned??i don't use hacks becouse those don't work on my computer, but i still got banned.
and #*@!%@ NEXON don't respont on my mails

i hate NEXON!!

well it`s because of some game logs said to nexon that there are some values of hacks but there is 5 % chance to get unbanned 95 % chance not .

If u never tried hacks and they didn't work, ur CA-file get's dirty and u have possibility to get banned.
