Can: rename, edit, move, delete, stick, approve threads attachments and posts

Mod: (certain sections)
same as minion but can also ban and place infractions/warnings and can't unban

Gmod: same as mod but has no limitation to sections they're in.
can unban and place announcements

Staff Admin/Judge (Liz/Obama)
same as Gmod, but can change profiles (signatures, pictures, usertitles, usernames)
