Use the sync option. Alternatively, find your Frostwire folder and drag the mp3's to iTunes. Works for me.
I have recently bought the newest itouch 4g,
but i also doNOT want to pay itunes a dollar per song.. haha
i have windows 7 -updated
and itunes updated
and using frostwire to try and put songs on it, and it wont let me drag it into itunes,
could anyone pleease help?

I use FrostWire.
You should have a "Save" file.
Look around for it. It'll have all the music you d/led.
After that, just drag the music from the "Saved" file onto your Library.
After that, plug in your iPod and sync it.

this was my brothers birthday present and it was his birthday a week ago hahaha
