The holosight I understand, that was a mistake on my part, I've seen that before. Everything else, wrong. The REC 7 rangers is just a REC7 with a bipod and a hi-mag sight. And in urban operations, small compact rifles, and smgs are used. Like various carbines and popular smgs like the MP5 and MP7.

Actually it does, most armies equipped their troops with squad sniper rifles (semiautomatic rifles) troops have to get closer and doesn't need the range, the only time you'll see bolt-action rifles is from special units or people that are far enough to engage.

Yeah, I was talking about the M417 SB. However, a MG can have foregrips attached.





And a sniper is not urban combat, it's called sniper support. You could shooting a 50 cal in Afghanistan, or be on top of a building, same thing. Urban comabt concerns urban settings that lack a lot of menuevrable space. Hence the compact weapons. Are you going to run into a building with an SPR or an mp7
