Learning a new programming language is just like learning a new verbal language, it will be difficult. You can't just have someone explain how to code in C++ and understand it in one post, it will take years of reading many books, looking up tutorials, and trial and error to actually be able to code as a novice, let alone as an expert. You can't just rush into it and expect to know what you're doing. Your friend who made the chams most likely learned basic C++ and then used someone else's base to create their chams, which is done very often. I highly doubt they just created the chams from scratch as there is a large amount of work involved in doing so successfully.

If you stick with it however, you may be able to start making your own hacks in only a few short months. Keep trying and don't give up.

Also, to the person who said he has bad grammar, have you ever considered that he isn't a native speaker to the English language? You never know, could be any nationality. If you can understand where the person is coming from, don't tell them their grammar sucks.
