Website to Scan for Images on the Internet?

I believe there was a Website, where you could check if a photo is on the internet (and where?)
So you can see if someone just took it from there, or if it's really his/her.

Tineye was the name, but iirc, Tineye doesnt actually search for the image itself, but other places where the image was posted. As in the site does not actually look at what is on the picture.
