I'm doing this all via. Winamp with the shoutcast plugin
I could do a tut... doubt I'd need to though :L

Requirements:
Winamp (at least v5.56)
Shoutcast DSP Source Plugin
a library of any type of dance music (e.g. Trance, Techno, DnB that sort of stuff)
and Fast enough internet to support you streaming your music @ 56 kpbs
