    You use d3d/xna w/e you want in a game, you will have to have it installed, otherwise it won't run.
    If you have a MFC app running, you will need those libraries.
    If you have a .NET app running, you will need those libraries.

    On and on.. Requirements to run an application nowadays is pretty normal. And it's really up to the dev to decide which are the requirements.

    Saying that the computer won't have .NET installed. It's not really and excuse tbh.

    Got first job, making a screenshot program that takes a screenshot every minute and uploads to ftp. Simple

    Which one?

    I got a new one, program that takes screenshots every minute and upload to this guy's FTP. Got it done in less than 2 hrs..then he paid me 30$. Yay! xD

    Now I have to wait forfreelancer to 'clear the payment' the first time..
