Disable automatic port forwarding (UPnP) on your router, and manually forward the ports that you use yourself. It won't stop P2P, but it'll drop their speed to something acceptable.

Alternatively, if you've got some jingle, buy a Tomato-compatible router and add Tomato to the router's firmware. Tomato will let you restrict bandwidth for each MAC address; you can enable MAC filtering on the router to prevent them from using a MAC changer to evade the bandwidth cap.

If you've got an unused computer, you can use it as a gateway and achieve the same result. It's not a "green" solution, but it's effective.

umm you go to cmd and type ipconfig

thennn somewhere there should be a ip adress with partually 0's,
type that ip in your adress bar, you'll get in your router. disable the automatic port forwarding and manually forward the ports that you would be using for cf etc.

im not sure if this is correct tho but i forwarded ports this way, if it didnt work google some shit
