If you mean referrals, at 10, you get a tier 3 champion for free, which is a champion that costs 61350 ip ( give or take( dont remember)).

No, actually you get 975 rp to spend on what you want. Whether its a skin or a champion is upto you. Btw you can buy more than 1 skin or more than 1 champ.

The account has to reach Summoner Level 5 and then you have to wait for the referral system to notice that account et voila! A free 4-win IP Boost which you have to activate from the referral page on LoL site. (That's the link to the EU LoL site, just change the 'eu' to 'www' if you want to go to US version)

Also, some tips for faster leveling:
1. Ignore the Basics Tutorial (the first thing you're asked to do when you login)
2. Complete the Battle Training, by doing so you'll get 1,5 level in XP.
3. Then, do the Co-op vs. AI on the beginner level, on low levels those games give as many XP and IP as normal games and unless you're matched with complete newbies you're sure to win.

Yes, I lost a beginner bot game, due to me selecting Yi and the only player who has NOT left the game was Ashe, who clearly was new to this (Not blaming Ashe since it might've been her first game, but fuck leavers)

I believe you also have to verify your email, not sure though.

I dont know why they don't do a checking system because about 24-26 of my smurf accounts are all attatched to the same email :P
