i think then the half of the banned accounts have been banned for no reason, they need to upgrade the way to ban pepole, likes giving avertisement before any ban and let time to pepole to submit prevention tikets. The sactions apply to the accounts are to big, we need to get a way to unban them like make work or reports players to unlock accounts or just paid like 15$ to get em back!

i no its not fair i have a lvl 23 and he got banned for no fucking reason and i send in ticket and they say he under suspicion of hacks and he is banned forever. Now i had to make a new fucking account and he is lvl 31 now...

Yeah it does i use a nub acc to hack and my lvl 29 was banned after a while they figure out your ip is being banned and they look for a main account.
