Custom ISNIPE. Pretty Easy I Think.

Can someone edit this Mod to fit my needs?

This is what i want edited into the mod.
#1: Add no fall damage.
#2: Make it so that every shot that hits enemy is a one hit kill, no matter what.
#3: Add an empty Gold Desert Eagle as secondary weapon.
#4: Add a kill streak, where if you get 5 kills in a row. You get 3 bullets for the Gold Desert Eagle.
#5: Add a kill streak, where if you get 10 kills in a row. You get a Precision Air-strike.
#6: Add a kill streak, where if you get 25 kills in a row. you get a Tactical Nuke.
#7: Add a box on top right of HUD. That says the list of kill streaks.

I'm pretty sure this should be pretty easy for some good modders. The only thing that could be hard is the list of kill streaks. I am currently learning how to mod. So this will really help me out with my server. And i will be able to see how you guys added all these things.
