Colley but noob's hack needs to run from the combat arms website not the direct..
those 2 doesnt match because flame's needs to run from direct not from website

ahh yes i realize this. but after switching the files out, i got them both to work together with portal. but dont touch anything until the login screen. good work both ᴺᴼᴼᴮ and flameswor10

ill be honest. i barely remember what i did but ill tell you what i have set up..
portal injector renamed to firefox.exe (not sure if thats needed) then i had to get D3DX9_43.dll and put it in the CA folder. then i used noobs H4X (not the loader) and i put flames and noobs hack in a folder together and ran portal. then after that i switched 2 files but idr what they were but try that
