System error on registering?

Hey, I used to play CA 1 year ago, and I got banned for hacking.
Now when I try to register an account, it goes "system error".

Any help? I changed my ip when doing it, but it still says "system error"

Well, when using any of the clan setting in game, It will give the "System Error!" message, IDK about creating an account. I can try to make you one if you want.

Most likely not an IP ban because you changed your IP right? Was the change 100% succesful? If so it was NOT an IP ban.

Also, they can't hardware ban you from web browsing, + Nexon doesn't hardware ban.
