Nooby Steam Question.

Hi guys,
I was wondering, if i "create a new steam account" and transfer my blackops to the new account:

1. Will i have to re-install the game and go through that long 12 hour painful experince?

2. Will all my ranks and shit be reset in game? D:

Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.

You can't transfer games from one account to another. You will need to purchase another copy of the game and yes, your ranks will be crap since it will only read the stats for your new account. You will not need to re-install the game if the files are already on the computer.

Those are called Profiles on the Wii so multiple people can use their own account. But regarding Steam, once you sync something on one account, it's there forever...

If you purchase a steam game on an account it is permanently stored on that account.
