All image user title requests must be uploaded to the following public image hosting site; TinyPic : Check
Images in no way, shape, size, or form appear similar to staff and special groups tags : Check
You may only request a image title after 1,337 posts : Check
Image usertitles may not be bigger than 190px Wide X 70px Height : Check (150x110 = 190 x 70)
