i know mw2 liberation has something to do with banned player being able to play private matches , but what does this do to players who joined a lobby and get this ?

And he have it on

So if this is an Private Match. I guess It also affected you....

i searched for Mw2_liberation in my steam folder but didnt find it
please suggest it's location if it cannot be found by windows search
