Sparkles are always placed randomly..
so do not agree. That would be like me saying that about your current tag..
Just as random Bokeh and debris placement.

Uhhh whatever I obviously can't explain myself I'll just end with. IN MY OPINION...the sparkle version is not better than the other one.
