There's a command for starting the boat directly without putting in tokens. But you wont get any rewards in that mission. No EXP, no Drops, no Mission completed thingy.

There are multiple ways to go about this. There's a real simple way, and that's to:

cc_change_figure_height 80

There's also another command, but I don't know it off the top of my head.

And it works perfectly fine. Just try it out yourself.

It works as a trigger for portals too. For example, that Green goblin thing with Ellis, you can skip the level by doing cc_change_figure_height 3 near the door.

You can also fight Blood Prince backwards by doing cc_change_figure_height 30 ish then change back, fight him, then fight the other 3 individually, no waiting for pillars. :P
