It'll just spam your text really fast but not do anything except for maybe lag their client.
1.) You need a PE with a spam packet function.
2.) You need a computer that doesn't lag when spamming packets.
3.) You need a chat packet of any kind.
4.) If you used your brain to add those up, every player that was in your game might lag out from game.
I have not tested this, but I just thought up some of my of ideas for Combat Arms. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.

I find that to lag someone out the easiest way is to spam a bunch of GM packets....
Stop flaming each other, it helps no one, and causes a step backwards rather than a step forwards.
Read the rules before you decide to voice your opinion.
Check your Grammar/Spelling/Facts before typing, otherwise I or another member will do it for you. And that just makes you look stupid.
It reminds me of the disconnect bug in warrock where u had unlimited ammo and fast as famas, and you shot smoke nades at a person. After like 50, he lagged out and d/c'd.
1stly... Need a packet editor... 2ndly... As gud said, you will just spam chat messages...
Spam a packet in game, so smoke/fire/poison gas nade and anyone will lag out, possibley you too... Just don't look at it.
I haven't been on here in 4 years...

It probably won't.
You will probably D/C due to server checks for received damage.
How about Packet edit the amount of damage of guns, or the percent of the dmg going to AP.
