Windows 7 password help?

My sister put a password on my computer.... right now i am logged on my computer, is there any way i get retrieve the password ,or change it without knowing it?

You have to know the Password to change it, obviously...

Well, what you can do is put a simple keylogger on her profile and let it running, without she know that. So say to her type the password on the keyboard for some random reason and done, will have a log text with her pw.
