How can i get full accsess to just this adress 0x0446DD0, i know how to get it for a process but i cant figure out for just that adress. Thanks

I have a win32 application, and i want to write to that adress but i get accses denied even though i have full accses to the process
are you doing this from a second exe or from within the one applications address space you want to write to.

You may need to enable debug privliges from your application. Also, make sure you're writing the right size of values - this is dependent on what compiler you're using. If you're not sure, use the 'sizeof' command to output each data type's size.
Use da VirtualProtect to set da write priveledges to your da app (PAGE_EXECUTE_READWRITE)
VirtualProtectEx Function (Windows) allows you to change protection pages in other processes..
