So where do i start

So i really really want to learn c++. Infact i want to become the best coder out there. So i got whits combined base...its awesome flawless... when i try to get some help nobody helps me and its not those 1 second thinking helps its something i want to know. i am not dumb. So ill say it again i really want to learn c++, where should i start? i am only 14 years old turning 15...dont like to post much..dont beg for hacks or anything...can some one please suggest me some suggestions of what i should do?

Make my own ptc method
Make my own InGame function
