Is the CTF glitch still working?

I was extremely pissed off when I found out I got demoted for doing the glitch for an hour getting up to MSRGT3. MY friend did the same thing for the exact amount of time and didn't get banned. Apparently my account hasnt been created long enough/not enough kills. I havn't been able to get on Combat Arms for the past 3 days to find out what works and what doesn't. Can someone help me out here? Thanks for you time.

And btw.. if it still works I plan on doing 5 of those games a day and then playing regular games the rest of the day/having my friend set up alt. acc to mooch kills off of. It'll take 23 days to get back where I was. By then I should have enough time/kill before the next patch.
