I tried to blow dry it with a brush extension to make it puffy but didn't work.

I like mine puffy/frizzy so when I straighten it, it's not all flat.

I use shampoo, put in conditioner, then body wash and soap while the conditioner sits there in my hair.. wash it all off then dry myself then brush
