Because you cant join higher level boats when your a lower level and its all server sided, however there IS a command that lets you fly your self over to the specific boat map. The only problem is that nothing spawns and you get no items so it is just simply the map without the server related technology.

well you see when i first found this site i read something that there was a way to edit a .hfs file to make it to where a noob can enter a higher lvl boat. but i paid no attention to the thread. i think i should have tho

There was a way to create a Data folder in the past before it got patched. I think it might have been possible before the hfs files became encrypted. but since they all are .comp files now you need to have specific hfs files or else the game wont run properly.

that makes alot of sense. but you can still edit the .hfs files in some way. but i think you would get found out quickly so i dont think it would really be that advisable
