I dont think GM will ever reply or do something about it. However it is just pretty stupid to show off just like that. If you guys can do something about it just give a try.

And how do you get the belt, rings, and emblem to show up for other people? For me it's just blacked out but I can see the tooltip when I hover my mouse over the icon.

I agree with the Dark Crest set, but when you used item creation to just create an accessory, if you didn't select any colors for it wouldn't it just turn out white? (Which makes it look hacked, obviously) :|

Colors that aren't selected get randomized. That's where the neon junk came from.
